Role Overview

Sodexo is currently searching for a Senior Manager II, Business Analytics Support

 

This role will support the Government Segment in delivering timely, relevant, and insightful analysis to segment leadership in support of accelerated profitable growth and may also support the Universities Segment with analysis on an ad hoc basis. This position will report to the Senior Director, Business Analytics Support for Universities & Government.

 

Remote role with the preferred candidate residing in the Eastern or Central Time Zones 

What You'll Do

  • Provide support to the Senior Director in facilitating key business operating processes: Annual Strategic Planning, Annual Budgeting, Periodic Forecasting, Monthly Reporting and Ad-hoc Analysis
  • Assist in preparing reports to drive and support performance management.
  • Help build and continuously improve standardized and centralized processes and analysis framework and supporting systems and tools.
  • Assist in the delivery of analytical reports to the lowest appropriate level within the segment (Geographic, line of business, etc.)

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • 5 years of accounting / finance / operations experience
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong knowledge of Sodexo’s financial systems (SAP, HFM, etc.)

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 3 years
