Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking an influential Senior Vice President to lead operational excellence in our K-12 East Child Nutrition segment. This role demands bold leadership to elevate performance, drive accountability, and foster innovation. With high client expectations and tight operational windows, you will elevate operational discipline and drive a culture of high performance, accountability, and consistent margin growth—delivering sustainable impact and unlocking new growth opportunities across the region. Employee will reside in the following region: East Coast.

 

What You'll Do

  • Rapidly assess and improve talent; lead organizational changes to strengthen performance
  • Ensure rigorous execution of operational processes (food cost, labor, inventory)
  • Drive regional accountability and alignment across dispersed teams
  • Partner with commercial leadership to execute growth strategies and client solutions
  • Lead the delivery of client portfolio success, ensuring timely mobilization and value creation
  • Champion Sodexo’s vision internally and externally to inspire high-performing teams

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 10 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 10 years of multi-unit, support, or strategic leadership experience
