Sodexo’s Campus Segment is seeking a hands-on Catering Manager 3 for SUNY Delhi in Delhi, NY. We’re looking for a proven leader who brings energy, creativity, and experience in both high-end catering and large-volume service.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all aspects of campus catering, including high-end plated meals, buffets, receptions, and summer conference events.

  • Deliver exceptional service and client satisfaction in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

  • Lead, train, and mentor a service team—building a cohesive, service-driven culture.

  • Work closely with the General Manager and campus leadership to execute flawless events for faculty, staff, alumni, and students.

  • Maintain strong relationships with campus executives and alumni departments, ensuring service excellence at all levels.

  • Ensure seamless coordination of logistics, from menu planning and event setup to service execution and post-event review.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in catering and banquet management (campus or hospitality setting preferred).

  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for training and developing frontline service teams.

  • A commitment to excellence in customer service and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

  • Knowledge of high-end service techniques and buffet presentation.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
