Sodexo’s Campus Segment is seeking a hands-on Catering Manager 3 for SUNY Delhi in Delhi, NY. We’re looking for a proven leader who brings energy, creativity, and experience in both high-end catering and large-volume service.
Oversee all aspects of campus catering, including high-end plated meals, buffets, receptions, and summer conference events.
Deliver exceptional service and client satisfaction in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Lead, train, and mentor a service team—building a cohesive, service-driven culture.
Work closely with the General Manager and campus leadership to execute flawless events for faculty, staff, alumni, and students.
Maintain strong relationships with campus executives and alumni departments, ensuring service excellence at all levels.
Ensure seamless coordination of logistics, from menu planning and event setup to service execution and post-event review.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
