We are seeking a Vice President Sales Planning and Operations to lead the Entegra Sales Operations team.   Reporting to the SVP, Chief Sales Officer, this leader will direct Entegra’s investments in sales force effectiveness and manage functions essential to sales force productivity in a B2B environment. These include sales planning, reporting, sales process optimization, sales training, sales program implementation, commission plan management administration, recruiting of sales force talent, and the build out and implementation of our tech stack.  This key individual will foster close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organization’s efficient operation and success. The leader may manage one or more Directors/Managers Sales Operations, and our inside sales function. 

 

This is a virtual role, and the preferred candidate will reside close to a major U.S. airport. 

 

 

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for the overall efficiency of two business development teams (Enterprise and SMB) and three cross-selling teams
  • Represent the sales team with key internal cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, finance, client services, data and digital solutions, HR/compensation, business performance, and our culinary consulting team
  • Partner with marketing to grow and develop our lead generation capabilities, and to develop and maintain relevant sales content and competitive intelligence
  • Partner with Finance to design, implement, and administer sales commission plans using our CaptivateIQ commissions platform
  • Oversee management, adoption, and utilization of our Salesforce CRM platform
  • Promote our Same Side Selling sales methodology across the organization
  • Oversee design and implementation of employee onboarding and training programs
  • Manage a sales operations team with contract management, commission analysis, sales reporting and sales management responsibilities
  • Lead cross functional initiatives to drive sales productivity and speed to revenue
  • Oversee sales reporting through our Power BI and Salesforce platforms

What You Bring

  • 10+ years as a Sales Operations leader
  • Strong background in sales strategy development, sales operations management, people leadership and a proven record of driving profitable revenue growth
  • Experience collaborating with marketing to lead market segment strategies
  • Proficiency working with CRM (Salesforce) development and reporting tools
  • Ability to grow and thrive in a matrix organization
  • Proven success in creating scalable processes that drive speed to revenue
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree Required, MBA or equivalent preferred.
Minimum Management Experience: 10 years sales management or marketing management.
Minimum Functional Experience: 10+ years sales training, sales support, sales operations and marketing experience and expertise.
