 Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Environmental Services Manager 2 for ECU Health Medical Center, a 974-bed teaching medical center, the flagship facility and the heart of ECU Health. ECU Health Medical Center is the third largest Level I Trauma Center in the nation and serves as the teaching hospital for the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University.  This is a 3rd Shift opening (11pm start time) managing a team of 30.  This role will support floor care projects, payroll, and lead the team in engagement.  Preferred candidates will have experience in Environmental Services, Hotels housekeeping and/or Custodial Services, military service, and excellent customer service skills.  Sodexo is seeking a true self-starter who can lead a team under minimal supervision.

 

What You'll Do

  • be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
  • provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
  • lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives;
  • effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or
  • support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
