Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Treasury Analyst with our  Banking Administration team who will work with the Senior Manager, North American (NORAM) Treasurer, and other team members. 

 

The role supports several teams within Financial Shared Services and all business segments. The role will have a diverse set of responsibilities that include accounting, journal entries, analysis, reviews, ad hoc reporting, establishing procedures, process improvements, and project management.

 

This role will work a hybrid schedule averaging three days in the office and two days from home plus 10 work from anywhere days- this is on top of vacation, holidays and personal days.

What You'll Do

· Perform data analysis, reporting, and project management for Banking Management and NorAm Treasurer, using tools such as Excel and Power BI

· Maintain relationships with NorAm partner banks and negotiate reductions in fees

· Analyze bank service fees as Sodexo’s SME and aid in optimizing our services

· Prepare journal entries and reconciliations over more complex activities, including non-standard programs

· Oversee the process of opening and closing bank services for retail operations

· Provide support for our Fintech distributor program

· Provide training and escalation support for the Banking Administration team in Mumbai and Cheektowaga

· Review requests for unit fund increases from retail operators

· Provide process improvement recommendations to Banking Management

· Prepare PPP allocation for payroll processing and fiscal year end intercompany bank fee allocation

· Submit invoices to the Accounts Payable team for payment

· Serve as backup for certain banking and credit card tasks

· Draft and maintain procedures for active programs

· Perform special projects as needed

What You Bring

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or similar

· 3+ years of relevant experience

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Comfortable with spreadsheets and strong knowledge of Office products

· Experience with Power BI is a plus

· Problem solving abilities and customer service orientation

· Strong organizational skills

· Strong project management skills
