Provide oversight of day-to-day patient dining operations and meal delivery systems
Lead and develop a large team with a focus on engagement, performance, and service excellence
Ensure a high level of food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
Drive achievement of company and client financial goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, patients, and nursing leadership
Develop strategic plans that align with client expectations and Sodexo standards

Have a proven track record of strong team leadership in a healthcare or large-scale food service setting
