Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Manager 1 to support our nutrition and environmental services business for the SSM Health System.  This Manager will aid in the onboarding of frontline employees for 3 locations including Waupun, Fond du Lac, and Ripon.  

 

Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. Employees at our healthcare sites play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience and well-being

What You'll Do

  • support, engage, and help retain frontline staff
  • support managers and hourly employees with HR related tasks
  • work daily in software systems such as Microsoft Office, ADP, Kronos, and applicant tracking systems
  • demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization
