Sodexo Facilities Solutions is seeking a Facilities Office Manager to support the daily operations of our Facilities Engineering team at Central Maine Health in Lewiston, ME. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Facilities, this position plays a critical role in maintaining administrative efficiency, regulatory compliance, and seamless communication between Sodexo and hospital leadership.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Facilities Engineering team.
Coordinate internal support services and logistics for department projects and activities.
Serve as a professional liaison between Sodexo and hospital leadership, fostering clear, timely, and professional communication.
Manage administrative and financial tasks, including purchase order tracking, invoice processing, and general bookkeeping.
Utilize the CMMS to assign, monitor, and close work orders and service requests.
Maintain accurate documentation for compliance testing, environmental reporting, and regulatory inspections.
Prepare reports, schedules, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in healthcare or facilities operations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Experience using a CMMS platform preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
