Role Overview

Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for Director II, Customer Support Services, to join our team. This position works with Operations leadership to understand and align strategies to achieve their business and operational goals. This position requires travel up to 25%.

This is a remote position. Candidate must reside with western portions of the United States.

What You'll Do

Key responsibilities include:

  • Align with Segment Strategies to direct and manage the team in support of overall compliance, growth and financial outcomes.
  • Utilize strategies to direct and manage the team in support of segment business goals aligned with Supply Management objectives. 
  • Develop, manage and maintain all aspects of customer relationships, including expansion of the web of influence and developing internal operational strategies to drive the achievement of financial goals.
  • Participates with executive team in strategy development and ongoing operational enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with retail initiatives and BOOST program
  • Builds, develops and manages highly effective teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7 years management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in strategy development and implementation
  • Possess strong leadership and communication
  • Ability to promote and enhance a team environment
  • Industry experience in outsourced food service environments
  • Strong technical acumen – databases, data acclimation
