Sodexo is seeking a Chef Manager for University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.
The Chef Manager will be part of a team that is responsible for the culinary direction of the account’s patient room service program. In this role, you will be responsible for training staff, HACCP record keeping, daily kitchen operations, managing kitchen cleanliness, preparing dishes, covering call offs, and supervising staff. The Chef Manager will report and work directly with the senior executive chef of the unit.
This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule that will include some day and evening shifts. Typical shift will be 11am-9pm, one weekend per month and one holiday per calendar year.
