Sodexo is seeking a highly motivated Patient Services Manager 2 to join our dynamic food and nutrition team at Bellevue Hospital in New York City.
Bellevue is a flagship 884-bed facility in NYC with a diverse patient population. Known for its excellence in patient care and innovation, Bellevue utilizes a Cook-Chill production system, serving more than 3500 meals each day, and is conveniently located near public transportation. A parking garage is also available with discounted rates for employees.
The Patient Services Manager 2 will report to the Operations Manager 3 and play a key role in ensuring high-quality food service to patients. This position is primarily back-of-house focused, overseeing food production, receiving, and meal tray assembly while maintaining close communication with patients and nursing staff. You will lead a team of 15 union employees and ensure that food safety, service quality, and operational efficiency meet or exceed expectations.
This position will work 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, including some weekend and holiday coverage as needed.
Candidates must achieve SERV Safe certification within 90-days of hire.

Have strong culinary or foodservice leadership experience; healthcare background is a plus

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
