Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 1

Sodexo is #Hiring our Environmental Services Custodial Manager for our clients at the Vincennes Community Schools in Vincennes, IN.  Our successful candidate will excel with strong customer service, quick response time for our clients and will maintain strong professional communication with our frontline hourly team. Being sensitive to the K-12 environment and working in with sensitivity in our family culture of students, teachers, principals and parents are mission critical to success in the role. • Ensure a safe working environment through campus for all employees
• Have strong attention to detail and timely response to customer requests
• Perform all trash and recycle removal at designated on and off campus sites
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas of sanitation services, waste removal 
• Operate vehicles with safe work practices and caution while efficiently transporting waste materials

• Experience with auto-scrubbers, burnishers, side-by-sides, extractors
• Demonstrate willingness to perform at a high level in a team environment
• Mentor our team into a strong team, showing our team that we valued those frontline members of the team
• Experience Operating custodial equipment including but not limited to wet - dry vacuums, extractors, buffers, sprayers and auto scrubbers
