Sodexo is seeking a Strategic Sales Executive – Healthcare, National Health Systems

 

Sodexo Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Strategic Sales Executive- Healthcare to join their team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand prospective clients’ needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive the sales process from initial connection through to contract signature. This position is perfect for someone with a process-oriented mindset, a passion for teamwork, and the ability to lead and manage multiple opportunities at once.

This is a Field Based opportunity with travel up to 70% therefore living near a major airport is desired.

What You'll Do

  • Demonstrate ownership and autonomy for territory management and continuous learning and development.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and people skills to influence a wide range of team members and decisions in a fast-paced, high change, high-intensity, deadline-oriented matrixed work environment.
  • Prepare and present customized solutions and financial value to prospective clients and lead the negotiation on customized, complex contracts.
  • Utilize sales technology/CRM to optimize outreach to clients and to track and manage all sales activities and pipeline opportunities.
  • Consultative selling. Must be able to prioritize relationships, foster open dialogue, and focus on the client to deliver impactful solutions to the client’s needs. Be able to open doors, solution sell, negotiate and close. Executive presence is necessary.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand clients’ key business processes and how Sodexo can the maximum value.
  • Develop and execute a successful go to market and sales process including.
    • Segmenting territory and account list with methodical prioritization
    • Creating proposals based on client dialogue and insight to deliver value to the client while maintaining company profitability.
    • Developing and leading sales presentations
    • Designing contracts and negotiating terms and conditions including complex Scopes of Work and Service Level Agreements
    • Partnering effectively with cross functional team members with a team-selling approach

  • High digital acumen, with proficiency in sales tools like Salesforce, Chorus, Clari, Amplify, and Outreach.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead parallel processes and keep multiple opportunities progressing.
  • A "seller" mindset with the ability to confidently engage clients, listen actively, and influence decision-making.
  • A proven track record of leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve goals, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A sense of ownership and accountability, with a commitment to high-quality work and achieving desired results.
  • Excellent executive-level communication skills—both written and verbal—able to distill complex information into clear and actionable insights
