Sodexo is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist at Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, GA. The marketing specialist with create content and execute marketing campaigns for Dining Services operations to enhance student experience and customer engagement. Responsible for developing strategic marketing plans that align with standardized business planning models.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement strategic, data-driven marketing and communications plans tailored to the campus community.

  • Serve as the primary marketing lead, collaborating with campus leadership, students, interns, and SodexoMAGIC team members.

  • Create engaging content for web, print, and social media platforms to drive meal plan sales, promote retail initiatives, and increase brand visibility.

  • Lead the planning and execution of special events and campus activations that align with client goals and student interests.

  • Maintain a consistent brand presence across all platforms—ensuring quality, alignment, and adherence to University Dining’s voice and image.

  • Conduct market research and gather student feedback to inform campaigns and continuously improve engagement.
