Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Operation Manager 2 for Winchester Hospital, located in Winchester, MA. This is a 1st shift position with rotating weekends and holidays. The Operations Manager will report to the General Manager and oversee a team of approximately 25 housekeepers.
Founded in 1912, Winchester Hospital is a nonprofit, acute care, community hospital north of Boston. In addition to inpatient services at the 229-bed hospital in Winchester, there are outpatient centers in Medford, Reading, Wilmington, and Woburn. In 2014, Winchester joined the Beth Israel Lahey Health Performance Network (BILHPN) and is now a part of the BILHPN system of 13 hospitals, including 3 academic teaching hospitals, 8 community hospitals, an inpatient behavioral health center and a premier orthopedics hospital.
