Role Overview

Sodexo Seniors is seeking a General Manager 1 - Multi-Service for new business in the Anaheim, CA area.  The General Manager of MultiService will oversee culinary and dining operations, as well as environmental services. 

What You'll Do

  • have oversight of day-to-day dining operations, as well as EVS-custodial services target to exceed resident and customer satisfaction; 
  • collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the resident experience;
  • ensure food quality and presentation;
  • provide a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors and staff;
  • perform management functions that include employee development.

What You Bring

  • prior food service management skills at General Manager/Director level, preferably in health care food service environment; and
  • prior environmental services experience is helpful;
  • a strong financial acumen and budget management experience; and
  • excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years
