Support Facilities Operations management and internal Sodexo teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage the Maximo work order system and handles accounts payable processes.
Conduct site audits and monitors facility conditions to ensure high standards and appearance.
Respond to customer needs, sets up work order requests, and supports ongoing communication efforts.
Assist with onboarding, training, meeting coordination, and maintaining personnel and payroll records.
Manage weekly inventory and material ordering, and compiles operational data for reporting.
