Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a Regional Operations Manager / Chef to support our culinary team in the Philadelphia region. This position will assist the Area Support Senior Manager and various work stream leaders with culinary and operations support at our existing senior living units and champion pre-opening preparations for new pieces of business. This role demands extensive travel, strong culinary skills, stellar organizational and structuring competency, and a demonstrated track record of successful collaboration/partnership with different teams.
Expected travel areas are Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and New York. Typical schedule is 10 days on with 4 days off. The ideal candidate will reside in the Philadelphia, PA market with easy access to a major airport and must have a valid driver's license.
