Sodexo is hiring a dynamic Food Operations Manager 1 to join our food service team at White Horse Village, a premier continuing care retirement community nestled in the scenic countryside of Southeastern Pennsylvania in Newtown Square. Renowned for its upscale amenities, vibrant wellness programs, and exceptional dining, White Horse Village sets the gold standard in retirement living.
We’re looking for a hospitality-driven professional with strong front-of-house leadership experience and a passion for mentoring and training staff. A background in a country club or fine dining setting is highly preferred. Typical shift is 10:00am - 7:00pm, may vary with every other weekend coverage. manage catering billing and coordinate event logistics to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction;
manage a front-of-house team of approximately 50 staff members, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism;
ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests;

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
