Sodexo is seeking an Operational Manager 3 Lahey Clinic Medical Center, Burlington, Massachusetts.  This position will be utilized for patient  engagement and driving overall satisfaction.  This is a Day shift  positions with some weekends and holidays. This will report to a General manager on-site.

 

Our Sodexo Healthcare Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams work to direct housekeeping operations at healthcare client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. These teams also have responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of hospital staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact both client and patient satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Manage the Environmental Service Staff in a hospital setting. Management of 25 hospital non-union staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
