Role Overview

The Good Eating Company is looking for a Unit / Account Site Mobilization and Special Projects position. In this role you will provide critical administrative and logistical support for site mobilizations and various special projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth setup of field operations, coordinating cross-functional logistics, and supporting project-specific administrative needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and can manage multiple tasks across diverse initiatives

 

What You'll Do

Site Mobilization Support:

  • Assist in coordinating account /site mobilization activities including procurement, equipment logistics, permits, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Support onboarding processes for new site staff (e.g., orientation materials, access credentials, training coordination).
  • Maintain and update mobilization checklists, ensuring compliance with company standards and project timelines.
  • Track and follow up on site readiness tasks to ensure timely completion and reporting of milestones.
  • Serve as liaison between field teams, internal departments, and external vendors during mobilization phases.

Special Projects Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance for cross-functional initiatives, including scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, and compiling project documentation.
  • Maintain project trackers, calendars, and shared documentation for visibility across teams.
  • Assist with research, data entry, and reporting to support ongoing special projects.
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, or status reports for project leads and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, or consultants as needed to support project execution.

What You Bring

  • Experience supporting construction, field operations, or large-scale deployments a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Trello, or similar.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, dynamic project timelines.
  • Restaurant / Hospitality background
