This Executive Chef will be responsible for management of culinary operations and innovations. Additionally, the position will be responsible for all catering and patient service responsibilities.

The Executive Chef would ideally have experience with Sodexo's Food Management System (FMS) or similar systems, a solid knowledge of HACCP standards and the ability to manage a team of 20 team members. The successful candidate will also possess a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines, computer literacy as well as excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
