Sodexo is seeking an experienced Food Operations Manager 1 to oversee food service operations at ChristianaCare Wilmington Hospital in Wilmington, DE. It is the 2nd largest hospital in the system touting 350 inpatient beds and a host of outpatient services. Located in downtown Wilmington DE the hospital serves the tri-state area to include Maryland, Pennsylvania and Delaware. This role oversees all retail, patient services and services, driving operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a culture of excellence in service and quality.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
