Sodexo is seeking a Environmental Service Manager for Capital Health Regional Medical Center, located in Trenton, New Jesey. This is a 269-bed union facility and this position covers the 2nd shift role (3:00pm start time).  This will report directly to the Operations Manager on-site and manage a team of 50. Our Sodexo Healthcare Environmental Services / Housekeeping teams work to direct housekeeping operations at healthcare client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. At Sodexo Healthcare, patients are the heart of everything we do.

What You'll Do

  • manage floor care projects, be responsible for reporting checklists & regulatory compliance; 
  • manage terminal cleaning checklists and pharmacy logs;
  • be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores.
  • provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department.
  • lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives.
