We are seeking a Director of Creative Services who will be the visual architect of the Entegra brand strategy. This role involves close collaboration with the Director of Content to ensure the creation of compelling advertisements, sales presentations, promotional items, marketing materials, proposals, lead generation content, website, and other assets. As the chief Entegra brand steward, you will bring the brand promise to life through visually engaging assets that tell a story, motivate action, and drive business growth.
Lead the creation of innovative digital and multimedia content that aligns with Entegra’s brand strategy and business goals.
Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of creative projects, ensuring a seamless brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
Direct the development of compelling sales proposals that win.
Utilize data to help refine deliverables to that meet KPIs.
Motivate a team to take data and insights and visually communicate them in a way that highlights insights and compels action.
Foster a collaborative environment, building and managing a high-performing creative team that delivers projects on time and on budget.
Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality creative work.
