Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Manager – Hospitals for the state of Florida, to join our team. In this high-impact, client-facing role, you’ll collaborate across functional teams to design bespoke, enterprise-level solutions that drive profitable growth. You will lead the full sales cycle—from initial connection to contract signature—while influencing client strategy and strengthening long-term partnerships.

This is a field-based position ideally located near a major airport. Travel may be up to 50% to support prospecting, client engagement, and deal execution.

What You'll Do

  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including prospecting, solution design, proposal development, financial modeling, and contract negotiation.
  • Partner with legal, finance, and operations teams to structure and negotiate pricing models, SLAs, and governance structures that align with client priorities while mitigating risk to Sodexo.
  • Build strategic relationships with C-suite executives and client stakeholders to uncover needs, co-create solutions, and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Executive-Level Communication: Be a trusted spokesperson for Sodexo, able to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively to all levels of stakeholders. Whether in writing or in meetings, your clear, concise, and compelling communication will build trust and move deals forward.
  • Navigate and lead within a highly matrixed organization, working across marketing, finance, HR, legal, and operations to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline in Salesforce and lead proactive pipeline reviews, forecasting accuracy, and territory planning aligned with business goals.
  • Support client retention and rebid efforts in collaboration with operations and segment leadership.
  • Build strategic account plans and facilitate executive business reviews to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform go-to-market strategies, influence commercial offers, and position Sodexo for sustained growth.

What You Bring

  • Extensive experience in hospitals with a strong understanding of key business processes across a variety of services.
  • A customer-first, results-driven, and consultative approach to selling.
  • 5–7+ years of strategic B2B sales experience in managed services and/or outsourced solutions with a proven track record of results.
  • Proven success in engaging C-suite executives in high-stakes sales conversations, structuring complex deals, and closing enterprise-level contracts.
  • Extensive experience evaluating legal, financial, and operational implications of major agreements.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience working with pricing models and SLAs
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Chorus, Clari, Amplify, Outreach and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent executive-level communication skills—both written and verbal—able to distill complex information into clear and actionable insights.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead parallel processes and keep multiple opportunities progressing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
