Sodexo's Campus Segment is seeking a Retail Manager 2 to lead the Starbucks operation at the University at Albany (UAlbany). This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a university setting, keeps up with food and beverage trends, and excels in team development and customer experience.
As part of a larger campus dining team, you’ll manage a high-volume retail location with a dedicated staff of 20–25, helping create a welcoming and efficient café experience for students, faculty, and guests.

2–3 years of experience in retail foodservice or hospitality management (Starbucks or coffee experience a plus)
Experience managing frontline staff in a high-volume setting
Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on management style
Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment and maintain composure under pressure
Knowledge of food safety standards, labor management, and customer service excellence
A passion for quality, teamwork, and student engagement
