Sustainability Coordinator

The Good Eating Company is seeking a Sustainability Coordinator to join our Corporate Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate sustainability professional to support our high-impact initiatives that reflect the shared values of the Good Eating Company and our client. In this role you will be responsible for administrative and analytical support across a range of operational and sustainability-focused initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys working with data, and is passionate about supporting impactful projects from behind the scenes. You will support the tracking, documentation, and reporting of key programs related to food waste, plastic usage, procurement, and other sustainability efforts, which requires excellent communication, precision in data management, and the ability to produce clear, actionable reporting outputs.

• Maintain and update monthly reports tracking food waste performance against organizational goals
•  Source, parse and analyze procurement data and categorize according to sustainability frameworks
•  Track and consolidate regional sustainability objectives and progress
•  Prepare regular reporting outputs on plastic usage and associated spending
•  Support development, upkeep and implementation of best practice guides and process documents
•  Provide administrative support including meeting scheduling, note-taking, and document management
•  Collaborate with regional teams to review and ensure accuracy and consistency in data use and reporting
•  Analyzing total procurement spend across various sustainability indicators

• Knowledge of local food systems and regional agricultural supply chains
• Familiarity with composting programs, carbon tracking, and packaging lifecycle analysis
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI
