What You'll Do

  • Serve as the Sodexo point of contact for client employees, contractors, and visitors, providing a welcoming and hospitable experience.
  • Conduct safety walks and report any incidents to on site landlord. 
  • Address client inquiries and issues promptly, applying strong problem-solving skills for effective resolution.
  • Manage the scheduling of contracted & vendor services, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
  • Update and manage decks for governance meetings, ensuring most accurate and up to date data is being reported.
  • Ensure all guests and visitors are issued appropriate badging upon arrival.
