Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 1 for Grand Canyon University, located in Phoenix, AZ. This Chef will oversee the Lopes Training Table and Canyon Pizza Co.
Lopes Training Table is a health-conscious, buffet-style dining facility located on the Grand Canyon University campus. It offers scratch-cooked meals designed to support student wellness and balanced nutrition. The menu features fresh, whole ingredients with a focus on lean proteins, grains, and seasonal vegetables. In addition to daily offerings, Lopes Training Table hosts rotating pop-up concepts that showcase globally inspired and chef-driven menus, providing variety and excitement for students while maintaining high nutritional standards.
Canyon Pizza Co is a quick-service, campus-based pizzeria concept offering handcrafted pizzas, calzones, and grab-and-go options to students, faculty, and campus guests. Known for its casual, high-volume environment, the unit blends speed of service with quality ingredients and fresh preparation.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
