Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 3 for MedStar Franklin Square Hospital  in Baltimore, MD. MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center has 347 licensed beds. It is a full-service hospital located in White Marsh, in eastern Baltimore County. The hospital is part of MedStar Health and is known for its busy emergency department, which sees over 108,000 patients annually 

What You'll Do

  • have oversight of day-to-day retail operations
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals;  
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
  • ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance;
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
