Role Overview

Sodexo North America is embarking on a bold, company-wide transformation of its operating model—a strategic initiative to simplify food and supply processes, optimize economies of scale, and deliver superior outcomes for clients and operators. This transformation touches every corner of the business—Sales, Marketing, Operations (Entegra, segment sites, and Live!), Culinary, FM expert, IS&T, and Supply.

As Director II, Supply Program & Services Activation, you will lead governance and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Culinary, and Supply Management teams to ensure that brand initiatives, recipes, and menus are fully aligned with our contracted product portfolio and managed order guides.

This is a remote position, preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Serve as the Primary Liaison between Supply Management and cross-functional teams for all matters related to brand, recipe, and menu development and management.
  • Act as a Strategic Business Partner to Marketing, Culinary Services, and Segment operations, ensuring alignment between business strategies and the contracted product portfolio by establishing clear processes that drive compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and Oversee Integration Processes to ensure contracted products are embedded into brand, recipe, and menu initiatives across all segments. Consider purchasing targets, vendor and product compliance, distribution feasibility, service scope, and alignment with Sodexo’s values and strategic goals.
  • Formalize and Communicate Product Decisions, bringing clarity to product selection, changes in the operating model, and incremental value delivered through strategic supply choices.
  • Ensure Supply Management Visibility into all key brand, recipe, and menu development initiatives, fostering proactive engagement and informed decision-making.
