Sodexo is seeking a Director, Food Safety Programs & Projects to lead the development and implementation of scalable food safety systems across our North America operations. This individual will maintain our ISO 22000-aligned Food Safety Management System (FSMS), support regulatory readiness (FSMA 204, GMPs), and serve as the primary food safety partner for emerging models including offsite production, commissaries, and warehousing.
The ideal candidate brings food safety experience in both manufacturing and retail food service environments, understands FDA/USDA compliance requirements, and thrives in a highly collaborative, project-driven setting. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with responsibility for program infrastructure, communication, and direct facility support.
This is a remote position, requires 25% travel. Candidate can reside anywhere within the United States.
