Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Support Specialist to support the Food Service department with Deaconess Health System located in Evansville, IN - Newburgh, IN, and Henderson, KY

 

A valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s license record check is required

 

Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. Employees at our healthcare sites play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience and well-being

 

What You'll Do

  • Create visually compelling job marketing materials using Canva
  • Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Represent our brand with warmth and professionalism in candidate interactions
  • Support, engage, and help retain staff within Nutritional Services
  • Support managers and hourly employees with HR related tasks
  • Work daily in software systems such as Microsoft Office, ADP, Kronos, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization
