We are seeking a high-energy General Manager – Food Services to lead operations for a K-12 school district in Columbia, South Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your leadership skills and drive for excellence to a role that supports student health, learning, and wellness. .
Oversee daily food service operations, including the National School Breakfast and Lunch Program
Lead and support a team of managers across multiple locations
Ensure high-quality food service delivery and maintain compliance with USDA and local guidelines
Build strong client relationships and integrate seamlessly with school leadership
Monitor financial performance and achieve budgeted targets
Implement marketing strategies and creative menus to enhance the student dining experience
Inspire and develop staff through coaching, training, and recognition
Drive operational excellence while fulfilling all contractual commitments

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate’s degree with academic major in food and nutrition, food service management, dietetics, family and consumer sciences, nutrition education, culinary arts, business, or a related field
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 4 years of relevant school nutrition programs experience
