Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Manager 3, Regional Operations Support to drive innovation and quality across our healthcare food service accounts. If you thrive on leading large teams, optimizing operations, and delivering exceptional dining experiences in clinical settings, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact. This role involves 100% travel—ideal candidates will live near a major airport.

What You'll Do

  • directly manage retail, patient feeding, catering chefs as well as purchasing and catering manager  
  • monitor, audit, implement and standardize new menus
  • work with vendors on procurement items; be responsible for purchasing manager and purchasing financial audits
  • improve and standardize catering and banquet services, create menus based on client needs
  • implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail, catering and patient services

What You Bring

  • have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively; 
  • have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance; 
  • can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service; 
  • Servsafe certified as well as working knowledge of HACCP and experience with Health and Safety audits
  • ability to drive employee success to enhance the value of the food and nutrition team. I

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years 

Minimum Functional Experience - 5 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) or HTM
