Role Overview

A great opportunity to move up in the K-12 world. We have a possible new sale of a Charter School located in the Ft. Lauderdale area that houses 1600 students. This is a high volume unit and we are seeking a GM with K-12 experience preferable. You need to have strong people skills and be able to think quickly on your feet to meet student demands. Client interaction is on a daily basis and the successful candidate will have a strong background in meeting financial goals. 

What You'll Do

  • Oversee food procurement, inventory, and ensure food safety and quality standards
  • Drive marketing, culinary, and nutrition programs and initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, school leadership, and support teams
  • Drive financial, compliance, and operational performance targets
  • Ensure completion of daily Quality Assurance audits and compliance with food and physical safety standards

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 4 years of relevant experience in school nutrition programs
