Sodexo is seeking a Fitness Trainer Supervisor for a corporate service client office located in Collegeville, PA. The purpose of the position is to provide on-site professional and technical expertise to the fitness program and its customers. This includes group instruction, exercise prescription and health coaching. This position is responsible for identifying site programs and executing and contributing to all global programs and campaigns. In addition, they are responsible for customer service standards, both client and Sodexo safety standards and will be a part of task forces and project committees. This includes but is not limited to marketing new programs and classes, creating additional offerings to attract new members, etc. This position also works closely with the client, assisting with onsite programs and events (indoor and outdoor), and providing metrics and reports as requested.
