Sodexo's Campus Segment is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 to lead dining operations at Northern Arizona University, a large public university located in a medium-sized town in northern Arizona with a beautiful mountain climate. Oversee day-to-day food service operations ensuring smooth and efficient delivery
Deliver high-quality food service that meets Sodexo and client standards
Achieve financial targets and operational goals in alignment with company and client expectations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and team members
Develop strategic plans to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Create and maintain a positive, engaging, and safe environment for staff and guests
Ensure compliance with Sodexo operational standards, safety, and sanitation protocols
