Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for a Corporate Services at a high-profile client located in Sugar Land, TX. 

Sodexo is looking for a Seasoned Executive Chef with "direct Interaction" with high-level client interaction experience to continue our tradition of culinary excellence at this location.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the daily food production including production planning and controls
  • Ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality
  • Manage food costing, controls compliance
  • Oversee the account safety regulations and initiatives  
  • Develop menus and manage inventory
  • Have high expectations for customer service and quality of food
  • Have the ability and willingness to develop and train frontline employees
  • Have a passion for food and innovation
  • Have direct interaction with BSNF Senior leadership with "Personal Chef Services"

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
