Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 - Food for Melbourne Regional Hospital located in Melbourne, FL.  In this role you will provide leadership and strategic direction for 3 managers and 30+ FTEs, and have oversight of food services to include retail, patient services, and catering.

 

Melbourne Regional Hospital is a part of the Orlando Health system servicing both inpatient and outpatients. It is 119 licensed beds located on the Space coast of Florida. 

What You'll Do

  • have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product
  • achieve company and financial targets and goals to include oversight food costs, labor costs
  • develop and maintain customer and client relationships
  • motivate, coach, mentor and develop staff members
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
