Role Overview

Sodexo is hiring our Maintenance Manager Facilities / Engineering Manager 2  to lead 14 talented skilled trades technicians across 20 locations for Beaufort County K-12 Schools in South Carolina . Our successful leader will have demonstrated team building skills, be able to jump in hands on to support the skilled trades.  This rile will develop relationships with key clients including principals at our K12 Schools.This is a potential sale and contingent offers will be made.  

What You'll Do

  • Travel to 20 different school locations to lead, train and monitor successful IFM outcomes for our team of 14
  • Provide training on integrated facilities management
  • Manage and report out on work orders in our CMMS

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years          

Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
