What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and enhance service levels for the Patient Services Program to exceed patient and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program, including daily meal rounding and service recovery.
  • Collaborate with clinical, food service, and interdisciplinary teams to elevate the patient experience.
  • Conduct tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation, and accuracy.
  • Maintain compliance with Sodexo’s gold check standards and support successful regulatory inspections.

What You Bring

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a commitment to upholding high standards and company policies.

  • Solid understanding of nutrition and specialized diets.
  • Credentials such as Registered Dietitian, Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), or a degree in Nutrition (preferred).

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
