Sodexo's Airline Lounge Segment has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Operations Manager join the elite team of professionals who will operate the British Airways Lounge at Newark International Airport in Newark, NJ. We are seeking a talented individual who will commit to the challenges of creating and delivering a culinary-driven, upscale experience within a thoughtfully designed travel oasis. The ideal manager candidate will have eclectic menu knowledge and upscale a la carte experience. This is a hands-on manager role requiring previous experience managing upscale food production.
Supervise lounge staff and third-party service providers to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food & beverage service, and guest comfort
Monitor and manage lounge capacity, guest flow, and compliance with airline policies
Coordinate with flight operations, ground services, and airport authorities
Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security regulations
Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
Support budget planning and cost control initiatives
Lead staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
