Sodexo is seeking a seasoned Multi-Service General Manager to lead operations at St. Albans Private School in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing food, dining, and environmental/custodial services. Responsibilities include overseeing family-style dining and upscale catering, as well as ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the beautiful St. Albans campus, which overlooks the iconic Washington Cathedral. Monitor operations through planned and unplanned visits to each account to plan projects, implement processes, engage clients, and introduce new technology.
Develop business plans and budgets with account GMs aligned with System and District goals; analyze financial data to achieve financial targets for clients and Sodexo.
Serve as the central point of contact for client liaison, fostering strong business partnerships and supporting contract negotiations.
Ensure quality and compliance by reviewing reports and adhering to federal, state, local regulations, and company policies.
Lead system succession planning, employee development, diversity initiatives, training, and counseling.
