We’re looking for a strategic leader to turn client relationships into growth engines. In this Strategic Account Executive role, you’ll work with senior leaders across Operations, Sales, and Client Relations to elevate partnerships, protect key accounts, and deliver measurable value for our K12 Schools Segment. If you excel at solving complex challenges, building trust, and driving retention, this is your chance to lead high-visibility initiatives that shape our long-term success. This is a Remote opportunity- the successful candidate can reside anywhere in the Eastern US. Position will require up to 40% travel.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively drive sustainable / profitable growth and retention by ensuring execution of client engagement best practices. Ensure engagement activities are of high-quality (focused on content vs. process)
  • Collaborate and drive Operations to elevate partnerships with clients, resulting in demonstratable value for both organizations.
  • Develop strategic relationships with assigned account contacts to support client satisfaction, retention and growth.
  • Track execution of CFL and client engagement activities through account plans and CRM, Client Relationship Management system.
  • Develop and communicate actionable insights based on client engagement activities that provide systemic improvement across all accounts.
  • Lead renewal activities for assigned accounts to ensure sustained / profitable growth.  
  • Identify risks among key regional clients and lead proactive mitigation strategies in collaboration with operations, HR, finance, and other stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in strategic roles as key account managers, account executive or related areas
  • Comfortable working at all levels of a matrixed organization.
  • Solid knowledge of the Hospitality Industry services such as Environmental, Food, and Facilities.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to partner with and influence senior leaders.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills. Ability to establish relationships with a diverse group of clients, team members and all levels in a web of influence.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Products (Excel), Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Knowledge of working with both sales and operations teams in a sales environment
  • Solid financial acumen and understanding of financial systems and both costing/pricing of business.
