Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Food Operations Manager 2 to oversee daily operations within the retail dining spaces at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, optimizing workflows, and driving financial performance across multiple outlets. The Operations Manager will work closely with culinary, patient services, and supply chain teams to provide a high-quality dining experience for patients, staff, and visitors.

  • Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Lead and develop frontline staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
