Sodexo has an opportunity for an experienced human resources professional to join the team as a Human Resources Manager 3 at Hillcrest located in Tulsa, OK. The HR Manager will provide generalist support to about 450 food service and environmental services (EVS) managers, supervisors, and frontline employees across 7 locations.
This role will ensure adherence to all Sodexo policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on employee engagement and retention. Key responisbilites include employee relations, conducting investigations and maintaining documentation, performance and evaluations, labor management, leave of absence and workers compensation administration, as well as recruiting and onboarding new employees.The ideal candidate will be an experienced human resources professional with a proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and hospital policies;
Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and workforce planning;
Support employee development initiatives and career progression opportunities;
Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular reports on workforce metrics;
Facilitate communication between hospital leadership and staff on HR matters;
Promote employee wellness, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives; and/or
Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with legal and hospital standards.
