Are you ready to join an established, long term, high volume account where you serve those willing to lay down their life in service of you? We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to run operations at our busiest Air Force dining facility. This position work hand in hand with the General Manager to ensure smooth, efficient, and to standard operations at two dining facilities on Goodfellow AFB in San Angelo, TX. You wil join a team of 4 salaried sodexo managers, 6 supervisors and 80 Sodexo frontline employees, as well as a subcontractor with 6 supervisors and 75 frontline employees. Standards, Training and management of frontline supervisors is a key component to this role.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
